Your responsibilities would include:
- requirement gathering: meetings with functional product to capture detailed data requirements, including understanding the business problem, desired outcomes, and any potential constraints
- data analysing: examination data sources to ensure that the data is accurate, consistent, and relevant to the business needs
- solution designing: working closely with technical teams to design data-driven solutions that meet the identified business requirements
- data modeling: collaborating with data engineers and architects to design and review data models that support business processes
- validating: ensuring that developed solutions are tested and validated against the initial requirements; providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
- documenting: creating detailed specifications, data dictionaries, and process flow diagrams to support the design, development, and maintenance of solutions
- stakeholders communication: ccting as a bridge between the technical teams and functional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding on both sides
- training: providing training and support to end-users for implemented data solutions, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the tools and reports
- continuously improving: regularly reviewing and recommending improvements to existing data processes and solutions to optimize efficiency and accuracy
- coordination of delivery: ensuring that the day-to-day tasks of the data engineers are aligned with the sprint goals
You are a good candidate if you have:
- proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Power ME, Collibra etc
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
